Shipping & Packaging Info

All of my packaging is 100% recyclable paper products, mostly post-consumer waste paper.

Shipping will be calculated upon receiving your order. I refund any overages and will be in touch with a PayPal invoice if there is anything owing. Thank you for understanding!

I charge $20 per order as it usually averages out to be around there.

In my experience :

1 batt shipped to US or Canada : $18-20

2 batts shipped to US or Canada : $20-25

3-4 batts shipped to US or Canada : $26-35

International : So hard to say, I will be emailing you!

I do my best to keep shipping costs to a minimum by using lightweight packaging materials and well filled boxes, but unfortunately shipping costs are changing all the time depending on where you live.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post.

( if you place multiple orders I am happy to combine them to reduce shipping costs, you will be refunded the difference )

Returns

I want very much for you to enjoy your time crafting, so if something you purchased from me doesn’t float your boat, I’d like to do my best to fix that. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a refund.

Items must be in the condition you received them, refunds will not issued until I receive them in the post and can verify they are in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
