I’m all about longevity with my socks, especially when they are handspun.

While any lace weight with silk or mohair will do the job, I wanted to keep going straight to the farm for my fibre. That’s when I came across :

: about the blend :

The perfect sock yarn has to be a combination of squishy, sturdy, and soft which is why I chose to blend Finn, Corriedale, Targhee, and Cormo wools with kid mohair and peduncle silk.

Wools are sourced from the Barlett Yarns Mill, USA grown and milled.

Dyed by me!

Kid mohair / peduncle silk is hand dyed by Katie from Hilltop Cloud.

All packaging is compostable or recyclable using post consumer waste paper products.
